Happy Halloween
I got to go see my new cousin and go swimming at a hotel. My mom and dad are permanently going to have to put me in a life jacket because i love to jump in, and will try why they aren't watching.
I'm getting pretty good at talking, I can say almost any word you throw at me, and have a few sentences that I say. I like to count, it usually goes: 1, 2.. 1,2.. 1.2.3. Our goal was to count to 10 by the time we were 2 maybe we will make it! I also love baby dolls. That's all for now..

Hello
Hello, my name is Adeline.. I am 18 months, almost 19 months old now. I enjoy playing with my new puppy Tess. I also enjoy eating her food and playing in her water. My mom tries to hide her food from me, but I just find the source. I love all of my animals, and my new puppy has helped me stay out of trouble.
I went to the doctor last week. I weighed 28 lbs and am 33 inches tall. The doctor said I am doing great. He gave me some Tinkerbell stickers in exchange for two shots. I still do well in the car as a passenger. My latest trick is to put on my sandals by myself and try to dress myself. I am very good with utensils and can drink out of cup as long as I don't get bored and dump it down the front of me. I also love to jump off of things.
I have added a few phrases to my vocabulary and the past couple of days I copy what ever word you say to me. I like to eat, and help myself to whatever I can find. My sleeping skills are still up and down, we never know if we are going to get a full nights rest or not. All and all I am doing well, and I hope that summer will last forever!

15 Months and counting
Adeline turned 15 months this month. Here are her stats we got yesterday at the doctors:Height: 32.3 inches
Weight:25.1 lbs ish (she wouldn't stop wiggling, but it never went below or above 25)
Adeline says a few words:
Animal sounds:
I'm not sure if animal sounds count as words, but as you see she has a large vocabulary of them. She has started giving giant hugs, that squish you and good kisses. She also thinks it is hilarious to lick you all over your face. She feeds herself with her fork and spoon.
She understands what you are asking her to do. Our latest success is to throw things away in the garbage and leave them there! She is getting to smart for her own good!
*sorry about the bragging post, but thought I could share all of her accomplishments.

Easter
For Easter we spent a long weekend at my parents house. Adeline loved being able to play out side and being with the animals. She came home with an evolved barking sound, and horse sound. Every morning she would ask to go outside to pet the dogs, then wanted her coat to spend the day outside. It was kind of windy, but she still got to go for a little horse ride and run free.. Here are some of our pictures from Easter.Adeline did great at coloring them. She only used two colors and they each got dyed multiple times. She also kept seeing how many she could shove in a mug at a time. Most of them ended up cracked, but they still roll that way :).

Coloring eggs while watching the Duke game!
Most of these are Adeline's eggs. She didn't quite understand there were other colors to choose from.
I was a little nervous about her finding her eggs and she caught on quickly. She did a great job at helping everyone find their eggs.
Adeline was a pro at rolling her eggs down the hill. I think she had 2 dozen eggs down to the bottom in about 5 minutes. She just kept rolling and rolling. She also thought the hill made a great slide. Aaron grabbed her by her ankles and drug her down. She thought it was great. She enjoyed the wide open space. She followed the dogs every where, while barking behind them.
The whole family came, including Doc and Nitro we had a great time, on the desert and being together.
Rachelle & Grandma Came!
Rachelle and Grandma came to Idaho! Adeline got special babysitters for an entire weekend. She ate it up. The week of spring break my mom and Rachelle came to take care of Adeline for us while we went to work. They enjoyed watching cartoons, going shopping, playing new games, and Adeline enjoyed just having someone else to hang out with!

Nothing new

Nothing new has really been going on in the Hansen household. Adeline is getting busier, and causing us more trouble :). She as learned how climb up on chairs no matter the size. As long as it has rails, she can concure it. She also climbs up on the fireplace and stands on everything. Its all about her. She loves to feed herself with a spoon, we just have to work on mastering getting the food on the spoon now. She isn't talking to much more, she does say "whos that?" Whats that kind of one in the same. Dad, Here, bye, ya and hi once in a while. She loves to tell you off. She just turns around and starts gibbering and shaking her finger. We took her to have her blood drawn for her turning one, and she did so well. They took it like an adult and she didn't wiggle or shed a tear! What a big girl we have.
I'm thankful that I have Adeline, I'm not sure if I'd keep my sanity with out her. I'm not sure if its the weather, but I've been having a rough time lately. I just don't feel like myself, so sorry to all of those I have ran into. I'm just not feeling up to par lately.

Happy Birthday Adeline
I can't believe Adeline is a year old already. She has grown up so fast. She was so tiny for so long, now she is such a grown up girl wanting to do everything on her own. She has started trying to feed herself with a utensils. If she could scoop up the next bite, we would be flying solo. Adeline hasn't changed too much in what she can do physically, but she is running now. She loves to be scared, and she takes off as fast as she can. She now as 4 teeth. She has added a few more animals to her sounds she can make as well. She also knows where her belly is. When we took her for her year check up she was still 22 lbs, but was 30.3 inches long. Her head hadn't grown anymore either. I'm not sure what I would do with out her. I hate leaving her everyday to go to work. I feel like I'm missing out on her growing up. Maybe one day I can stay home with her and enjoy her even more.
For Adeline's birthday we had a few friends over for birthday dinner and cake. She was so excited to have people over she could barely stand it.

We had a great holiday season at the House. I think Christmas lasted all month! Adeline got to sit on Santa's lap twice, she never cried, and the second time was a bonus because he brought her a stuffed lion. Above is our beautiful charile brown tree. We hiked out from our house into the forest to go chop it down. It was quite the adventure.
Christmas morning Adeline slept in for quite a while, it was nice to have Christmas just the 3 of us. Aaron carried her out to see what Santa brought her and all she could say was WOW! She was great at opening presents. About half way through she just wanted to play with her toys. She opened a present all day.All of Aaron's family was able to come for Christmas this year. Above are all of the cousins born this year. Adeline is the oldest, Kate (Jason & Sara) she is 3 weeks younger, Bernice (Jordan & Shellie) born in may and Addison (Heather and Richard) born in November. Kate and Adeline had fun playing together chasing each other around and pulling ordaments off the Christmas tree.
